Do you handle items that need a licensed trade?
We identify them clearly in the scope and either coordinate a licensed trade or hand that item back to you — your call. We don't do licensed work ourselves and we won't pretend otherwise.
Can you report against our own format?
Yes. Send us the format you use and we'll report back in it, so nothing needs re-entering on your side.
