Start with the repair request

Forward the maintenance list, condition report or photos you already have. Include the property suburb, whether it is occupied, who can approve the work and how access will be arranged. We review the scope and explain if a site visit is needed before quoting.

During a tenancy

Small faults can be handled through our handyman and minor repairs service. Access is arranged with the nominated contact. If the inspection reveals additional work, we discuss the cost and obtain approval before proceeding.

Between tenants

Our make-ready service can combine repairs, rubbish removal, garden work and cleaning. Identify the essential repairs and the presentation work separately so you can choose what to approve. Tell us the proposed inspection or tenancy date; we will confirm what is achievable.

Carpets and outdoor maintenance

Carpet and spot cleaning can be planned after dusty repair work. For the exterior, consider gutter cleaning or a garden tidy-up where needed. Carpet repairs and stretching are not offered.

A record of the agreed work

You receive an itemised quote and photos of the completed work. Keep the scope, photos and invoice with the property records. For repeat maintenance, we can discuss an interval based on the work required rather than automatically adding every service to a schedule.
