Half the jobs we get called to start with something that needs to go. A garage that's been filling for fifteen years. Green waste from a garden reset. The furniture a tenant left behind. Old fencing, a dead shed, the pile behind the garage that everyone's stopped seeing.
We clear it and take it away — loaded, hauled and disposed of properly, with recyclables and green waste separated rather than everything going to landfill because it's quicker. For bigger clear-outs we'll bring in a skip and manage it, so you're not booking one yourself and guessing the size.
The reason this sits alongside our other work rather than being a standalone business: a clear-out is almost never the whole job. There's usually a repair underneath, a garden that needs resetting, or a driveway that's been hidden under the pile. Doing it as one scoped job means one contractor, one quote, and no waiting a week between the removal and the work it was blocking.

- Green waste — prunings, hedge cuttings, palm fronds, tree offcuts, turf, soil and the pile behind the shed
- Building offcuts — timber, old fencing, plasterboard, a shed that's come down, decking boards, pavers and broken concrete
- Office and commercial — desks, chairs, filing cabinets, shop fit-out strip-outs
- Full clear-outs — deceased estates, tenant abandonments, hoarding situations, properties where the whole contents have to go
We load it. You don't need to drag anything to the kerb, sort it, or be there while it happens.
What we can't take
Some material has to go through licensed disposal, and putting it in a general load is both illegal and expensive for whoever gets caught with it.
- Asbestos — common in pre-1990 eaves, bathroom sheeting, fencing and under old vinyl. Goes to a licensed removalist with the right disposal chain.
- Chemicals, paint, oil, solvents and pool chemicals — these go to a chemical drop-off. Penrith and Blacktown councils run free household chemical collection events; we'll point you at the next one.
- Gas bottles and fire extinguishers — swap or return points, not a truck
- Tyres, batteries and fuel — separate disposal streams
- Medical and sharps waste

Skip or truck — which is cheaper for you
We'll tell you straight rather than defaulting to whichever suits us.
Us taking it away suits small to medium loads, jobs where it's all going today, properties with no room for a skip, and anywhere you don't want a skip sitting on the driveway for a week. You pay for what goes, it's loaded by us, and we remove it during the booked visit.
A skip usually wins on large volumes, on jobs where you want to fill it gradually over a few days, and on demolition or renovation waste where the weight is high. We'll arrange it, get the size right so you're not paying for air or ordering a second one, and manage the drop and pick-up.
One thing worth knowing: skips are priced by size but capped by weight, and a skip full of concrete, soil or tiles will hit its weight limit long before it's full. That's where the surprise excess charges come from.
Clear-outs for agents, landlords and families
A lot of this work is for someone who can't or doesn't want to be there while it happens.
Tenant abandonments — there are legal steps around goods left behind in NSW, and how long they have to be held depends on what they are. Talk to your property manager or Fair Trading about the timing before anything goes. Once you've got the go-ahead, we photograph everything as found, then clear it.
Deceased estates — handled carefully and without a rush. We'll set anything that looks personal or valuable aside rather than binning it, and if the family wants to go through the boxes first we'll work around that. Nobody should feel hurried through this.
Hoarding — no judgement and no commentary. These take longer than people expect and the honest quote reflects that. Where a property has a vermin or biohazard problem on top of the volume, that part goes to a specialist and we'll say so.

Common questions
Do you take everything, or are there exclusions?
General household junk, furniture, green waste and building offcuts, yes. Asbestos, chemicals, paint and hazardous waste have to go through licensed disposal and we won't take them in a general load — we'll tell you what's needed instead.
Is it cheaper than hiring a skip myself?
Depends on the volume. For a small load, us taking it is usually cheaper and we remove it during the booked visit. For a big clear-out a skip is often better value, and we'll arrange and manage it rather than have you guess the size. We'll tell you which way is cheaper for your job — it's a short conversation and it saves you money either way.
Can you clear a property while I'm not there?
Yes, and it's most of the rubbish work we do for landlords and agents managing from elsewhere. We photograph before and after so you can see exactly what went, without needing to be on site.
