What cleaning can and cannot change

Results depend on the carpet fibre, the cause of the mark and how long it has been there. Some marks are permanent. We discuss the likely result before proceeding rather than promising that every stain will disappear. Cleaning does not fix tears, loose carpet or damage to the backing.

Our service is cleaning

We offer carpet and spot cleaning. We do not offer carpet repairs, patching, stretching or re-dyeing. If the problem requires one of those services, a carpet repair specialist is the appropriate contact.
