Yes — we hold public liability insurance and are ABN registered, which is what owners, landlords and building managers look for before they hire a contractor. Certificates are available on request. One thing worth knowing: there's no handyman licence in NSW, so anyone advertising as a 'licensed handyman' is describing something that doesn't exist. Where a job genuinely needs a licensed trade, we'll tell you and bring one in.
A lot of what we do is exactly that — keeping rentals and investment properties in good shape between tenants and during them. We're happy to deal with you directly or work in with your managing agent, and either way you get photos of what was done, so you can see it's sorted without driving out to check.
