About Property Maintenance Squad

Hi, I'm Matt.

I run Property Maintenance Squad from Glenmore Park. I work with homeowners, landlords, real estate agencies and strata managers to organise and carry out repairs and maintenance.

You might have one repair that needs attention, a few jobs to combine into a visit, or a property to prepare between tenants. You can send through the list you already have, along with photos and any dates you're working towards.

The work we handle

Our work includes gates, doors and fittings, small custom repairs, garden maintenance, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and property clear-outs. Repairs and cleaning can also be organised together when a property is being prepared for a new tenant or a sale.

For property managers and strata, we can work from a repair request, condition report or defect list and provide photos of the completed work.

Before we get started

We'll review the job details and prepare an itemised quote. If we need more information or a site visit to price the work, we'll let you know. Booking times are agreed once the scope and availability are clear.

If we uncover additional work, we discuss the change and its cost before proceeding. Work outside our scope, or requiring a licensed specialist, is identified before we take it on.

PM Squad holds public liability insurance and is ABN registered. An insurance certificate is available on request for your contractor records.
